Now, in the peak of 75 years of cutting-edge research, Ferrari has produced an eccentric car and the outline of the Prancing Horse’s DNA, whereas performance, driving satisfaction and leisure coexist in seamless harmony. And that is why the new model was named Ferrari Purosangue – which in Italian means thoroughbred.

Power that thrills

The only car with equal proportions to exhibit a mid-front-mounted and naturally-aspirated V12. Maranello’s most epic engine debuts in this all-new configuration to make sure that the car unleashes additional power than any other in the corresponding segment (725 cv) while assuring the most captivating Ferrari engine sound. The chassis with its carbon-fibre roof is featured by back-hinged rear doors to make access and egress simple while the car being kept compact.  Wind-sculpted

The aero development of the Purosangue focuses on building the bodywork, underbody and back diffuser with utmost efficiency. The synergy between the bumper in front and wheel arch trim are new solutions included which causes an air curtain to be generated that in turn aerodynamically seals the wheels in front, stopping turbulent transverse flows of air generation.

Sports control

Also received are the very updated iterations of vehicle dynamic control systems which were introduced on the most influential and exclusive sports cars, which includes the independent four-wheel drive of the 812 Competizione as well as ABS ‘evo’ along with the 6-way Chassis Dynamic Sensor of the 296 GTB.
